May I introduce Harvey who is 2 years old. He is microchipped and vaccinated and is now neutered. He has been in his home since a pup but he is starting to resource guard and his owner is concerned for his elderly mother who lives with them. He was originally purchased for the teenage son but it is dad who does all of the walking.

Harvey is very excitable and there have been complaints from the neighbours with his barking, but then they do not help as they antagonise him when he is in the garden. He does need further lead training and recall work. Very ball orientated so useful for training. Not used to being left.

Harvey will need a child free home, but we are told  he is good with other dogs but a no to cats or livestock.

Harvey is a typical young teenager who needs more boundaries and training in a home that can give him the exercise he needs along with some mental stimulation. He will need a very experienced home as he can get very cross very suddenly if things are not going his way and will bite/mouth which at his age needs addressing quickly and firmly.
