Cast your eyes on this gorgeous lad, his name is Diesel, he is almost 6yo, neutered, chipped but his vaccinations have been let lapse so will need to start again.

His owner tells us Diesel is good around other dogs, he is very polite when meeting them, fine around children of all ages, cats and livestock are unknown.

Diesel was very excited to meet our volunteer, finally settling after a treat or two, no barking on his arrival.

He knows all his basic commands, recall is ok if no other distractions, walks better on a halt. No possession issues with food or toys, no chewing when left.

Our volunteer found Diesel to be a very friendly if over excited dog with a fabulous temperament and feels he would fit into a new home really easily.

He isn’t getting anywhere near the interaction he deserves and I am sure as soon as he does he will calm right down.
