Ema is 4 years old. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She has been with her current owner since December last year. She originally came from Serbia and was rehomed because her original owner was only allowed 3 dogs and had 4. Now being rehomed as her new mum has had to move back to barracks meaning she has to be kept in a crate when left which is not fair on her for long periods of time.
We are told Ema is good with children, and fairly good with other dogs and used to spend time with her owner’s mum’s dog at weekends. Unknown with cats. Does pull a bit on lead but great recall with a whistle and basic commands. No issues over food or toys and motivated by both.
This is what our volunteer had to say about her:
“Ema didn’t bark and was super friendly and pleased to meet me. We took her for a walk and she was very excited, spun quite a lot on the lead. We took a ball on a rope and played a bit of tuggy. Very polite and drops the ball on command. She didn’t pull much at all. During our walk she was quiet and inquisitive. We didn’t meet any dogs on our walk. Ema likes food and toys and is gentle. Bit worried with thunder but calms down with loud music.
Ema is in good condition and overall a really lovely dog.”
Can you give Ema a new home please?
