April 23 Update
He’s gaining in confidence all the time but needs a home who have experience of the breed and can give him the time & patience to learn the world isn’t so scary. He doesn’t react to joggers, cyclists or cars but still wary of walkers & horses but he’s getting better & can walk past them now without trying to bolt or hiding. He will need a few meets so anyone interested must be prepared to do this.
He will need to be the only dog in the home as he doesn’t know the difference between dogs wanting to play or if they’re trying to attack him, he has a couple of walking buddies at the kennels and has been fine as long as they don’t get in his face.

We were asked by a pound to take in this young lad whose time was up. Arti is a GSD cross Mali we believe. He is now microchipped we believe he is between 1 & 2 years old. Still entire and vaccinations to be restarted.
Arti is a little nervous of new people but no malice in him. He loves toys and seems to be a typical energetic, young lad! No young children as we do not know his history. No reaction to other dogs at the kennels so far but further assessment here will be done.
Arti will need an experienced home that can continue teaching him that people and the world are not as scary as he currently thinks.
