Bella arrived into our care after finding herself in the council pound.
We think Bella is around 2 years of age, we assume that she isn’t vaccinated so she will need to re start and we have been told that her last season ended 26/3
Bella is the sweetest girl that you could wish to meet, she is very gentle and petite with fabulous manners.

Bella is housetrained and isn’t destructive but will bark when left as she doesn’t like to be alone.

We are told that she is good with children and is happy to be around other dogs.
This poor girl is painfully thin. we have her on numerous small meals a day to try and build her up and also to help ease her upset stomach.

Bella has met lots of people at the kennels and everyone has fallen head over heels for her, even though she has been let down by people in the past she seems to just love everyone and also loves to be close up having gentle cuddles.

Once Bella is in the paddock she just loves to play, her running around is being limited for now due to her fragile frame but she’s a real player that’s for sure.
Bella has met all the other resident dogs and gives them all a happy wag of her tail even the ones who don’t like her, she really is just amazing!

With the correct introduction it’s looking like Bella would be fine to live alongside another dog, however she has not been cat tested and as she’s originally from the pound with zero history we have to say older children only.

On the lead she’s quite good, she isn’t strong but like with most dogs she does need some training and a little time and effort putting in to bring out the best in her.
This super little girl is just waiting to be snapped up and shown the love she desires, she will pay you back in kisses alone!

Bella has been adopted.

Why we do what we do

German Shepherd Rescue Elite was not only set up to help as many unwanted, abandoned and neglected German Shepherds as possible, but to also offer education to the general public on the responsibilities / pros / cons of owning a large working breed dog and to be able to offer help and advice so hopefully we can become the prevention for once instead of always being the cure.
