Blue was born March 2024. He is microchipped and vaccinated but not yet neutered. He has been in his home since a pup with 2 other dogs, a male Beagle and a female GSD cross. Being rehomed as he had a go at the Beagle who has been rehomed to a family member, and does bully the female but she submits. He is also reactive to dogs when out. His owner does not have the time to commit to training and socialisation and now Blue is not getting out enough as they don’t like walking him so of course he is starting to get a lot of pent up energy.

Blue is good with people in general, but is nervous when first meeting but quickly came around to our volunteers, sharing his toys and showing no aggression. More of a lady’s dog as mum is around more than dad during the day. He would be fine with older children.

Good on lead and has recall and basic commands. Nervous at vets.

This lad is in great condition and basically just needs a home that has experience with the breed that can give him the exercise, training, socialisation and stimulation a dog of his age deserves. With some proper commitment , Blue could turn out to be a super lad!
