This young lad is Carter who is a GSD cross Mali. He was born 24.7.19 so still a baby. He is microchipped and vaccinated and now neutered. We were asked to take Carter as he had been left with a couple by their son’s ex-girlfriend who could not cope with him.

Carter needs a lot of socialisation as he was trying to bite anything that passes him and hates people coming into his home. He is walked with a muzzle because of this. He needs work on the lead and tries to go after passing traffic.

At present, Carter is a no to children, other dogs and cats however he was happy to live with the resident dog. He is a very confident young man and will need a very experienced home, maybe a working home, to continue his training and socialisation. He does like his ball! He will not be an overnight success, but a long term project, however with his breeding and if taught correctly, Carter could turn out to be a smashing dog.
