This young lady is 2 year old Cassie who is a GSD cross Malinois. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.

Cassie may look like a GSD but is wired like a Malinois and needs constant stimulation. She is ball obsessed and highly intelligent and would be fantastic for a job with one to one handling. She has shown aggression towards people, barking and lunging but has never bitten anyone, but greeted our volunteer without any of this and was just excited to meet her and play, suggesting she needs a confident owner.

Cassie is in fantastic condition but cannot live with children or other animals. She is wary of children which may be due to her first home where there were children who may have upset her, and basically lacks socialisation with other dogs so greets them the only way she knows how with aggression. A definite no to cats as she has a high prey drive and will chase livestock.

Cassie is not for the faint hearted and despite being loved, her owners recognise they cannot give her what she needs long term. In the right home with the right lifestyle, this clever young lasy could be exceptional!
