Chase

Chase (1)
Chase (2)
Chase (3)

Chase will be 6 in November. He is neutered and microchipped and vaccinated. He has been in the same home since a pup but is being rehomed as since the man of the house left and his companion dog passed away, he has become very protective of mum and the children and she is struggling.

Chase is living with young children and cats but doubt he would accept new cats. He can be selective with other dogs but would benefit from more socialisation. No issues over food or toys and has all basic training.

This is what our volunteer has to say about him:

“Walked Chase on a harness. Pulled a bit but good. He is a lovely dog, barks at first contact but comes round and I was stroking him and he was fine.

I feel he has, due to his owners situation, become the Alpha in the family. At no time did he show aggression. He was a joy to meet. Very obedient and loving.”

Can you give Chase a home please?

Chase has been rehomed by his owner.

Why we do what we do

German Shepherd Rescue Elite was not only set up to help as many unwanted, abandoned and neglected German Shepherds as possible, but to also offer education to the general public on the responsibilities / pros / cons of owning a large working breed dog and to be able to offer help and advice so hopefully we can become the prevention for once instead of always being the cure.
