“I hope you are well. We currently have 2 young GSD’s in with us as strays who we are looking for a rescue space for – ideally on the 25th of July, or as soon as possible after this date. Peach and Apricot were found roaming together, they were both quite underweight and in a bit of a pickle. Both of them will require basic manners on lead, as they are both wander all over the place when on lead and will occasionally pull ahead. Peach does spin in her kennel and chase her tail, so we are trying to give her as much enrichment as possible whilst she is in our kennels to stop her from doing so. Whilst they did arrive together we have not been able to kennel them together as we did not have any kennels of a suitable size, so if you are only able to help 1 that would be fantastic if not both. I have attached photos and behaviour assessments of both of them for you to see.”
Of course we took both beautiful girls into our care who so far have been super friendly and not bothered by the other dogs. Both girls are microchipped but they were not properly registered. Vaccinations will be started and we have changed their names!
No young children as we do not know their full history but would imagine both girls would fit into a GSD experienced home.
