We were asked to take in Jasper and Lola due to their family struggling to cope with their behaviours and expecting another child. They will be rehomed separately.
Lola is 4 years old. She is not yet spayed but currently in season so can be spayed the end of February. She is microchipped and her vaccinations are being restarted.
Lola is very affectionate with people she knows but would like to be with people as much as possible. Not overly playful and quite happy to curl up in her bed for most of the day. She does enjoy her walks however and chasing Jasper, There was an incident with Lola biting the owner’s father on the back of his leg who was in the back garden working, and she will bark at people entering the home and garden.
Whilst Lola has been fine around their young daughter, her owners do not feel comfortable trusting her around other children. Lola is also selective around other dogs and no to cats, but loves Jasper but will typically boss him about at times.
Lola will need a confident and experienced home with little through traffic and with someone who is around most of the time please. In the right environment we think this girl will relax and flourish.
Jasper and Lola have been adopted together.
