May I introduce Melody who is 6 years young. She is not spayed and her vaccinations are out of date but she is microchipped. Being rehomed as her mum has moved out and cannot take her with her and her parents will not keep her in the house.

Melody has not had much interaction with young children but is fine around older children. We are told she is good with other dogs and will actually run away if unsure. She is currently living with a cat and is quite playful. Typically barks at the postman but greeted our volunteer politely and relaxed.

She works nicely on lead and has recall (unless she sees a rabbit) and basic commands. No issues over food or toys. Melody has been diagnosed with Anal Furunculosis which is being managed with prednisolone.

Our volunteer describes Melody as an affectionate and perfect dog who will fit into most homes, as long as they are prepared to deal with her ongoing medical issue. Are you that special home?
