This lovely young girl is Saba, she came to be in our care as her owner had booked her into the vets to be PTS for nearly nipping the child in the home?!
the vet was not happy to do this and contacted us for help.
Saba has been in foster now for 2 weeks and slowly settling in. She is a very timid girl and will take time to get to know any new owners but shows no aggression all.
She has been to the vets as she was scratching quite a lot and now has meds to help deal with this, she was muzzled at the vets as found it all quite stressful so at this visit did not have her yearly booster done. She is chipped and still entire.
Her foster mum says she is still very much like a pup in her behaviour, she will still jump up and mouth in a playful way, all this is being worked on and she is a quick learner.
She has slept well at night with few disruptions. She is learning to walk better with the use of a Halti.
Saba has not had the best start to life at all, so is looking for an experienced home to make sure her second chance is worth the wait.
Saba needs a home with no young children, teenagers should be fine, no other animals.
Saba has now been adopted.
