Sheba is a 10 year lady who has been in her current home for 7 years. She is unspayed and unvaccinated but is microchipped.
Good with children and other dogs and she had lived with cats. Sheba does pull on the lead to start but soon calms down, but as she has not been getting much exercise recently she is also very keen at the moment. Good recall and basic commands.
Apart from not liking having her feet touched, this lovely girl needs a new home as her owner is moving into accommodation where she cannot go. A super friendly dog who will fit into most homes without any trouble.
Sheba is now in foster and this is what foster mum says about her:
“Sheba is a real sweetie, very friendly to all people and dogs. In the park she wants to say hello to everyone (two- or four-legged) so she gets herself lots of stroking! An easy-going girl who would fit in pretty much anywhere. The only obstacle are the stairs as she doesn’t like to climb (actually she never chooses to go up for any reason). She has arthritis but seems to respond well to medication. Definitely could live with another dog (but rather one with a fairly confident personality as she may try to push away more shy types!) and probably with a cat as well – she used to share a home with one in the past and she ignores cats (and foxes) on the street. Used to live with kids 5+ and is friendly and patient to children who want to pet her in the park.”
Sheba is now with her new family.
