Ted was 1 in January. He is microchipped and vaccinated but not yet neutered. Been in his home since a pup with another 3 year old GSD and both dogs being rehomed due to owner’s health issues meaning neither are getting any exercise at present.
We are told he is good with children but despite living with another dog, has not had socialisation with any others so introductions would need to be managed. Unknown with cats. Needs further lead training and recall needs work as they are never let off lead, but Ted has basic commands. No issues with food or toys.
Ted is flat footed due to laxity syndrome but it has improved as he has got older and should improve further with regular exercise.
“Ted is a typical 1 year old, full of beans and wants the love and attention that is going, so is overbearing to Bear (phew!) but nothing malicious in either dog. He is very bouncy but they are not exercised so just full of beans and only have a small courtyard to go into. He knows some basic commands, but to be honest without releasing any energy he is hyper all the time. Apart from his feet, there is nothing I could say was wrong with him, he is just a daft goofy lad. I believe he would make a very loyal and loving companion and seemed so willing to please.”
