Zara is a Dutch Herder according to her microchip. Her dob is 18.9.19 so she is just baby. She is microchipped and vaccinations have been restarted. Doubtful she is spayed. This young lady came into us having been picked up as a stray. This is what we were told:
“Zara is 8mths old chipped as a Dutch Shepherd. When dog warden picked her up she was very nervous of her, she was confident with the finder. She did nip the warden a couple of times no damage done just small nips either because she was scared or protective of the finder. She was nervous of us 1st couple of days but now fine and very bouncy. She is more wary of men.”
The kennels say she is a typical lively youngster but they suspect she may have been hit as she can be hand shy. Unknown with children and other dogs at present but no adverse reaction to the dogs around her at the kennels.
Zara needs a home that can give her the calm and confident training and boundaries she has missed out on so far, and give her the socialisation she needs. Are you that home?
Zara has been adopted.
