Diesel is 2 years old. He is neutered and microchipped but vaccinations are out of date. Being rehomed because his owner does not have enough time for him and feels it unfair leaving her elderly father to care for him.

Diesel is good with children however we would advise older children only. He is friendly with other dogs but could do with more doggie socialisation. He is strong on lead but is walked in a harness, so this needs work, and recall will need to be established as never let off, but has basic commands.

Diesel will need a home where there is someone around most of the time as it is apparent he is very bonded with grandad and would probably stress if left too long hours now. Maybe living with an older bitch would help.

Diesel does have recurring ear problems and because of this does not like having his ears touched (hence no young children). He does have to be muzzled now at the vets because he gets frantic when they want to check them.

Diesel is a lovely young lad who will blossom with the right training and guidance but whoever takes him on does need to be prepared to deal with his ear issues and his reaction now to the vets.

Diesel has been adopted by a family friend.
