Molly is 2 years old. She is now spayed. She is vaccinated and microchipped. Molly is good with all children and we are told other dogs, apart from the older bitch she lives with who she has had a pop at on a couple of occasions, and the reason she is being rehomed. A no to cats.
Molly barks at visitors but then wants to be friends. No issues over food or toys. Could do with some further lead training and recall nearly there, but can be distracted.
Molly is a lovely, friendly girl. She responds to treats and takes them reasonably gently. Our volunteer walked her up the road and she does pull a lot, grabbing at the lead to pull. After a while she calmed down. She will attempt to chase cars and cyclists when on lead not when she is off lead.
Our volunteer said overall Molly is a smashing young dog who just needs a bit of guidance and putting in her place.
Molly was adopted but sadly they felt they could not cope with her energy and the training she required. She just needs a calm and confident home that has the experience to give her the training and boundaries she needs please.
Molly has been adopted.
