Luna was 1 year old at the beginning of October. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Being rehomed as owner’s hours of work have changed meaning she is not getting the time she deserves, plus she finds her too strong on the lead. We are told she is not good with other dogs but is fine with Nan’s Westie, so suspect it is more a protection issue of her people and lack of proper socialisation.
This is what our volunteer had to say about her:
“Luna is a very young girl that knows basic commands. Very loving with people she knows however she is very protective with her owners. This will need to be addressed.
Luna was taken for training with the police but did not have the concentration to continue.
Very strong on lead so will need lead training. Fine with older children once she knows them.
A lovely young girl but will need strong experienced owner that can give the extra training needed.”
Luna has been found a new home by her owner.
