Meet the very lovely Cooper. he is 3yrs old, neutered, fully vaccinated and chipped.

We were asked to take this lad when apparently his owner could no longer manage or afford him.

He had only been with us a few days and we noticed he had rather a bad limp on his right fore leg, we gave him some meds thinking maybe he had pulled himself whilst out on a walk but sadly this was not the case.
We took him to the vets for further investigation and after xrays we found he was going to need extensive surgery if we were to try and alleviate his pain and discomfort.

Long story short he will be having surgery at the Super Vets practise and everything crossed we hope this will help this boy to get on with his life and with our help track down his forever home in months to come.

Cooper has now had his surgery and recovering really well in his foster home. The op seems to have worked very well and finally this boy can start to enjoy his life painfree for the first time ever.

Cooper will be starting his hydrotherapy in a few weeks to continue his recovery.
