We were asked to take this lad in having been picked up as a stray:

“Yet another young male Mali now in our care, thankfully this boy has a super personality. I know other local rescues are experiencing a massive pattern of this breed coming in too. Malis need experience and careful rehoming and the number of them coming in is quite frankly getting impossible to deal with, every time I manage to place or rehome one, which is no easy task, another one arrives.

At least this lovely chap is now safe”

Lucas, as we have named him, is a big lad. He is microchipped but surprise, surprise, it wasn’t registered. He is only about 2 years of age. Now neutered and vaccinations have been restarted. Lucas has been a friendly and playful lad so far. Lucas has been happily out and playing with other large breeds of both sexes. No young children or cats.

Lucas will need a Malinois experienced home as he is typical of the breed and would probably excel in a working position!
