This gorgeous family of 4 were picked up as strays, mum, dad and 2 daughters. Mum and Dad were chipped but neither were registered! All 4 dogs came in a dreadful state and must have been living outside, covered in a greasy substance. Not underweight though.
Daughter 1, who has been called Harper, is a little sweetie and been no problem since arriving with us. We believe she is about 7 months of age. Not spayed but vaccinations have been restarted and she is now microchipped.
“Harper came to us in a sorry state as a stray with her parents and sister.
She has had a few baths and hair cut to get her back to looking like a German shepherd again.
She absolutely loves human contact and cuddles.
She can be a bit shy of other dogs mainly because she seemed to spend a lot of time being beaten up by mum and sister.
She is now happily playing with other dogs in the kennels.
She’s still young and inquisitive about the cats but seemed ok.
She will need socialising in the normal world and training as she has had little contact with normality.”
Harper will probably fit into most GSD experienced homes.
Harper, now called Phoebe, has been adopted.
