Bronx is 3 years old, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is good with children but can be selective with other dogs and unknown with cats.
Bronx has been in the same home since a pup and is sadly being rehomed due to a change in work and family commitments meaning he is not getting the time and attention he deserves. He has no issues with food or toys but does pull on the lead to start. He has recall and basic commands.
This is what our volunteer said about him:
“Bronx is a lovely, friendly dog that could do with someone to give him more time. Work commitments means that he is left from morning to evening, he has access to a reasonable sized enclosed garden at all times.
He gave a couple of barks when I arrived but soon settled down after coming over to say hello. He did come over and started to mouth me but stopped as soon as I said “No”. No problems with giving up a toy. Not food orientated.
Bronx was attacked when on a lead 18 months ago which has left him a bit nervous of some other dogs. A dog trainer, ex police, said that with more socialisation he would soon get his confidence back.
Bronx is a medium sized GSD about 35kg, looks in good condition, lovely white teeth, short nails, good coat, plenty of energy, he hopped up onto a picnic table with no problems!”
Can you give Bronx a home please?
Bronx’s dad has decided he cannot part with him so he is staying with his family.
