Cazzy

Cazzy (1)
Cazzy (2)
Cazzy (3)

Cazzy is 7 years young. She is spayed but being microchipped and vaccinated.

We do not have a lot of history on her but what we do know is that Cazzy lived in a home with several other dogs up until 9/10 months ago. She was viciously attacked by the other dogs in the home and as a result she was rescued by a lady who nursed Cazzy, who had been quite badly bitten, back to health. This poor lady was then diagnosed with end stage cancer. As a result seven months ago she asked her friend to have Cazzy and he agreed, but 3 months ago Colin was involved in a car accident and was in hospital up until last week. He has now been released from hospital but has been told he must wear a neck brace probably for the rest of his life and cannot at least for the forseeable future walk the dog.

We are told she is good with children and she is fine with other dogs, if anything keeps herself to herself most understandably! We are also told she is good with cats.Currently in foster.

Cazzy does pull on the lead to start but quickly settles, has recall and basic commands.

Can you give Cazzy a home please where she does not have to leave ever again?

Cazzy has got herself a home of her own again.

Why we do what we do

German Shepherd Rescue Elite was not only set up to help as many unwanted, abandoned and neglected German Shepherds as possible, but to also offer education to the general public on the responsibilities / pros / cons of owning a large working breed dog and to be able to offer help and advice so hopefully we can become the prevention for once instead of always being the cure.
