Say a big hello to Kai, this little man came into rescue at 5/6 months old from a home where he wasn’t getting the stimulation or training he needed and became destructive….as you would expect!

Kai did go into foster and was at the stage where he was to be adopted when out on one of his walks he was attacked by 2 dogs off lead who chased him away from his foster mum and bit him, scaring him so much he kept running and was found some hours later, very frightened. He was taken to the vets who cleaned and stitched him up and off he went home.

Sadly a few weeks on because of this attack he has become fearful of dogs while out and the foster family didn’t feel they have the experience to deal with this so he is now back with us.

Since arriving back he has settled well and is now enjoying walks out with our vollies and we are hoping his fantastic temperament will soon start to shine through as his confidence grows, updates to follow.
