We were asked to help Karma and her mum Kea by kennels contracted to the police. The girls had been signed over having escaped their home and were seen to chase and kill a cat. They then ran towards a young child who had their sandwich stolen but was not hurt in any way.

Both girls came into us extremely thin as they had not being doing well in the previous kennels and  therefore both had initial health checks and started being fed up. As you can imagine they are both very food orientated.

Karma is 3 years of age but was not even microchipped. Not spayed and vaccinations out of date. Vaccinations have now been restarted. Karma is good around people and has not had any security training in terms of bite work.

Karma does not seem bothered by other dogs and shows little interest in toys. Karma does rely on her mum for confidence and can be quite nervous when out alone.

Karma will need a calm and patient home to adjust her into a home environment but super friendly girl shining through now.

Karma has been adopted.
