Well…..Where shall I start with our Martha. She is still a baby at around 12 month old, she came to us via the pound with some issues which I will tell you about. She is chipped, no season seen as yet and fully vaccinated.
Soon after arriving we noticed Martha had some coordination problems whilst walking and how she interacted with people. We took her to see our vet and told her what we had seen and our thoughts. We came to a fitting conclusion that Martha seemed to have some issues which could be brain / central nervous system related that she may have had from birth or through an accident or injury. We think all her behaviour issues stem from this but hope with time they can be improved.
We took Martha as she had shown some aggression issues with new people which we have also encountered since she has been with us, she has improved massively since being with us but these traits are still and may always be there.
We are looking for a very special home for this pup with vast GSD experience to help her progress further in a home and this will be no easy task so will require patience and careful handling for as long as it may take.
We will work with a suitable home all the way to make sure everyone gets what they need to stay safe and happy.
Her ideal home will have no other pets or children and only someone who is experienced with dealing with dogs with these kind of issues.
If you think you have the CV to help Martha please do get in touch for a chat.
Sadly we lost our lovely Martha on Christmas Eve to a series of fits. She will always have a special place in our hearts, sleep tight gorgeous. xx
