This lovely lad is Max who is 4 years old and is looking for a new home as his dad is unwell and no longer able to care for him. Max is neutered and microchipped but his vaccinations have lapsed in the last year.

We are told Max is good with children of all ages but reactive to dogs when on lead. A no to cats. However when our volunteer took Max for a walk, he did not react and was easily distracted by treats and praise. He is strong on the lead but doubtful if he is getting enough exercise at present and recall unknown.

Max loves playing with his toys and he is toy and treat orientated however no issues over either. He travels well in a car and typically greets visitors with a bark and then allows them into his house without any issues.

Max would fit into most homes without other animals and who can work with his lead training, recall and socialisation with other dogs.

Max has been adopted.
