Moose is a 5 year old German Shepherd cross looking for his forever home.

Moose is an intelligent boy, who likes to learn and has been making progress while in our care in gaining confidence with new people. He likes his walks and is good on the lead. He needs a home with a secure garden with fences at least 6ft in height. A rural based home may be suitable as he can get overwhelmed with lots of noise and external stimuli.

Moose needs an experienced home with are familiar with German Shepherds and are happy to work through training and behavioural work. Moose is looking for a home where he can build bonds with his new family and develop a trusting relationship. Once he has developed a bond, he loves fuss and attention and continually gains in confidence.

Moose is looking for an adult only home that is quiet without too many visitors. He needs to be the only dog in the home and is not suited to living with cats or small furries. Moose can be left but would love a home where he will only be left for short periods of time.

He will need multiple viewings with potential adopters where he can become familiar and comfortable. We will not be considering first time owners for Moose.
