Paolo is being rehomed because of a breakdown in his owners’ relationship! Paolo is one of the calmest dogs I’ve had the pleasure to assess. He happily greeted me at the door and gently received a dog treat from my hand. Paolo was happy to lie down beside me and was happy for me to stroke and make a fuss of him. Paolo is 4 years old and entire. He is in very good condition with a shiny coat, bright eyes and clean teeth and ears. He is playful and loves balls. He lives with another dog, is crate-trained and can be left for a few hours. Paolo has no legacy health issues and no issues with either food or toy aggression. He travels well in the car and has no issues with visits to the vet. Paolo is reactive to other dogs when on the lead and will bark and lunge but does not display this behaviour when he meets dogs when off the lead. The reactivity seems to be Paolo’s only vice. His behaviour was impeccable during my visit.
