Pepper joined the Notts Kennels after being in the stray pound.
This lovely girl is around a year old, she has started her vacs and she’s now chipped.

Pepper meets everyone with a wagging tail, she loves people and she has a lovely nature.

She’s your typical pup – needs a few boundaries putting in place but she does know sit, down and paw.

Pepper loves treats and will do almost anything you ask for a reward especially if the reward is a cocktail sausage!

Pepper is ok on the lead, she does initially pull but she listens and does learn very quickly so this should be an easy fix.
She hasn’t shown any aggression around food or toys and she will happily lay down next to you whilst chomping her way through a pigs ear.

We have introduced Pepper to the other dogs and she’s been a bit shouty but again with work and time this will ease, we do think a lot of it is excitement.

We don’t know if Pepper has lived in a home before, she may need housetraining and may need to learn a few house rules too.

We cannot cat test but she has shown some prey drive.

She may live alongside another dog after the right introductions but who knows – it would depend on a few successful meets.
As Pepper is originally from the pound we have to say older children only.
