Rambo will be 3 in November. He is still entire but is up to date on his vaccinations and he is microchipped. He has been in the same home since a pup and is being rehomed as his mum cannot cope with him and also has health issues to deal with plus she does not have a garden so he is not getting nearly enough exercise or stimulation.
Rambo is a strong lad and is reactive to people until he knows them and then can be very loving. He could live with older children but due to his protective nature would be best in an adult only home. Rambo is walked with a muzzle to be safe as he does bark and lunge at other dogs but is ok with some dogs. A no to cats. Basic commands but recall hit and miss. Fine with food but owner has to do a swap with toys. Our volunteer did not feel threatened in any way and said with her he was calm and quiet.
This young lad has basically got to his teenage years and is playing his mum up and taking advantage of her. He needs an experience GSD home that can give him the training, exercise and socialisation he needs and in return Rambo will be a loyal and loving addition.
Sadly we are told by his owner the RSPCA intervened and Rambo has passed over Rainbow Bridge.
