Rocky is 4 years old. He is microchipped and vaccinated but not neutered. He has been in his home since a pup and is now being rehomed as his family has moved into rented accommodation where dogs are not allowed. He is currently in kennels.

Rocky is good with older children and other dogs. Unknown with cats and good around livestock. Typically barks at the door but is put in another room when visitors come. He did growl at our volunteer when she arrived but was told off by her and he shut up.

Rocky needs lead training as currently he pulls like a train but has recall and basic commands. No issues over food or toys.  This is what our volunteer said about him:

“He is a big dog, very little manners. Never been to classes due to pandemic. Recall good even for me. Ignored a Pug we met. Not food orientated. “

Rocky would fit into most GSD experienced homes who are happy to put in some time for training and boundaries.
