Sheba arrived from the pound. We were told the poor girl was about 3 years old but we now think she is older, probably 6 or 7. She was microchipped but it was not registered. Looks like she has been used for breeding so obviously not spayed which is now done, and vaccinations now up to date.
Sheba has not got the best back end but is getting better with muscle build up. She also has arthritis in a front leg which is managed.
Sheba did go into a home last year where it was apparent she had not been an indoor dog before, but she quickly settled with her mum. Sadly, she has now decided that visitors are not allowed in the house, and if they do make it in, not allowed out. Think this may be over protection of her mum and her home. Out of the home, she is fine with people and other dogs, however steers clear of entire males understandably.
No children because of her protectiveness. Best as only dog and a no to cats. Sheba will be looking for a GSD experienced home that can give her the love she craves while ensuring she gets the care she rightly deserves please.
