This poor lass has done the rounds rather. Skye is 4 and spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.

Skye is a very nervous dog that is comfortable in her own home. She lives with cats and kittens and mothers the kitten. She is a loyal dog to her owners. However Skye shows defence characteristics when strangers come to the house. She will bark hackles up and show her teeth, and she will back off to escape if approached. After a while she will accept the person in the house. This does not happen with children under 12 years old or some women but she can be suspicious of men although loves to be with the men in her household.

Skye does not pull excessively on the lead and with constant training would quickly be conditioned and competent in basic obedience and is toy orientated liking a ball on a rope. Sky was previously living in a foster home with 2 other dogs with no problem but would prefer to be the only dog as she does not like to be ‘pestered’ by other dogs.

With the right experienced home this girl will make a great companion, but will need plenty of walks and training sessions where she will gradually become more confident of life.

Urgently needs a new home please.
