This gorgeous girl is Ellie. According to her microchip she is 8 years old and has been in the same home since a pup. She is not spayed and vaccinations are out of date. Being rehomed as her owners have been given notice to move.

Ellie has lived outside in a kennel all of her life but we are told she is house trained. Good on lead and has basic commands but recall unknown so guessing she is not let off lead. No issues over food or toys. No real experience of children so older children only. We are told she is fine with other dogs and unknown with cats. This is what our volunteer had to say about her:

“Ellie is a gorgeous girl but very shy. There was no reaction from her as we entered the yard, she just came up to me, gave me a sniff, and a lick, refused my biscuit offerings and then went back to her human. Ellie has a lovely heart and soul and she’s so gentle. Ellis sadly is a victim of circumstances that’s no fault of hers.

Ellie is a very calm and quiet girl who would fit nicely into any family or home situation. She’s a diamond.”
