This is what we were told:
“Zeus 7 month Belgian Malinois Male
NOT suitable as a pet, with the correct firm training he has huge potential to be a working dog.
Zeus is your typical young Mali, energetic intelligent and strong. Due to being in kennels he has become overstimulated and breed traits such as herding has become heightened, which has made him particularly drawn to moving objects, so he is becoming reactive towards things such as mops/squeegees/watering cans etc.
Unfortunately, Zeus is a bite risk and shows no signs of warning before a bite, although he has not bitten staff members he can nip out of frustration and herding instinct.
I do believe that with the correct training methods and mental and physical stimulation that a Malinois needs, Zeus can be redirected and retrained to become a working dog of some sort.”
Zeus is a typical young Mali who has not been given the direction he needed as a youngster, but is learning his boundaries well. He would make a fantastic working dog in the right hands as he is not afraid of anything.
Zeus is microchipped and vaccinations have been restarted.
