Bara was 7 in May. She is spayed, microchipped but vaccinations are out of date. Being rehomed due to owner’s medical situation. This is what our volunteer had to say about her:
“Bara lives with 2 other dogs and 3 cats without any problems. When I knocked on the door there were a couple of barks but fairly quiet, she let me in without any problem, a few sniffs then stood beside me when I sat down. Quite happy for me to stroke her and run my hands over her.
I’m told there are no problems with loud noises or fireworks. Coat, skin, ears and nails look fine.
I took Bara for a walk, she is a moderate “puller” but was more interested in sniffing the ground and walls every few steps. She gave a little bark when another dog suddenly appeared around a corner but ignored others when they approached from further away.
The owner has had Bara for 3 years, but has not been well and Bara picks up on this which has resulted in a sensitive tummy, she did stay with a friend for 4 weeks without any tummy problems.
The original owners had her from a puppy where she lived with a family with 4 young children, they wanted her rehomed as the wife was expecting a 5th child.
Bara is a lovely friendly bitch who, I think, would be happy to be part of a more active family.”
Can you help Bara please?
Bara has been rehomed by her owner.
