This lovely girl is Sally who is 5 years old, spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. She is good with children from 5 upwards, and other dogs but a no to cats. Sally is only being rehomed due to her dad’s medical condition which means he is unable to give her the exercise she needs any longer.
Sally walks nicely with a halti and has recall and a range of commands. No possession issues with people but will guard her food from visiting dogs but will share her toys. Sally is apprehensive of new people and until she has been given time to meet you at her rate, she will nip if approached suddenly. She is scared at the vets so is muzzled.
Our volunteer described her as quite small and slender but in excellent health, well groomed and immaculately behaved in the house. She is very intelligent.
Sally will need an experienced home to work with her confidence issue with people, and because of this she would be better in a child free home.
Can you help Sally please?
Sally’s owners are keeping her and finding alternatives ways to exercise her.
