May I introduce Wolf, a Herder cross Mali,  who is 4 years old.. He is microchipped and vaccinations have been restarted and he is now neutered.

Wolf has been with us a while now but was a case of giving him time and space to come to his foster family. He had basically been living in a cage in a cupboard and with the help of another rescue, he was removed and came to us.

We were told he is better with men than women, but has been fine with both in his foster home. Has met other dogs with little trouble but likes his own space. We would not rehome with children.

Wolf is a changed dog to the one that arrived, and is so much more confident. He will need a quiet and confident home to continue his resocialisation with the world. This poor lad deserves a good home of his own that has breed experience after what he has been through.

Why we do what we do

German Shepherd Rescue Elite was not only set up to help as many unwanted, abandoned and neglected German Shepherds as possible, but to also offer education to the general public on the responsibilities / pros / cons of owning a large working breed dog and to be able to offer help and advice so hopefully we can become the prevention for once instead of always being the cure.
