May I introduce the very lovely Bear. 4 in March, Bear is microchipped and vaccinated but still entire. Currently lives with another male GSD both of whom are being rehomed as his owners are emigrating for work and dogs are not allowed in the accommodation. The other GSD is going to a family member so it is just Bear looking for a home.
Bear has been in his home since a pup and is lucky to live in a substantial home with many acres to run and play in. However this does mean he has not had much socialisation with other dogs but is fine with the few that visit, including a small cross. We are told he is good with children of all ages and unknown with cats. Unknown with livestock but ok with chickens.
Whilst not walked on lead often, Bear is good on lead has recall and basic commands.
“Bear has a lovely, relaxed demeanour, he is playful, gentle and calm and came to me for a fuss which I gave him, lots of tail wagging. Outside he was happily playing with his rope toys, bouncy in a playful calm way with fun barks.”
Can you give this lovely lad a home please?
