So we get this message from one of our pound pullers:

“Hey Lizzy I’m desperate for old boy in pound not done 7 days yet east London but he won’t be claimed. Weak back legs 12 years old ignores other dogs needing a miracle ”

This poor old lad was shutting down in the kennels so of course we said yes. He arrived at a foster home with multiple dogs and was met by an elder female GSD. He promptly got his spark back and tried mounting her, so we called him Randy!

Randy is microchipped but it is not registered in this country and in fact says he was mirochipped in Italy! He has been good with everyone he has met and all the dogs he has encountered.

This lad will just need a nice retirement home where he can potter about and have the love and care he deserves.

Randy is staying with his foster mum.

Randy had a wonderful year in foster (and lived up to his name loving the girls) but has now passed peacefully over Rainbow Bridge.
